Antonyos Farag
@mr_poppins
Antonyos, known to most as Tony, is a 27-year-old Libra with roots in both Italy and Egypt, now based in the UK. Born in Italy to Egyptian parents, he made the bold move to the UK at 18, driven by a desire for growth, freedom, and self-expression.
Since being diagnosed with HIV in 2019, Tony has embraced his journey with strength and transparency. Rather than retreating into silence, he chose to speak up — transforming his personal experience into a powerful platform for education and advocacy. Every conversation, social interaction, or opportunity to raise awareness became a chance to challenge misconceptions and fight the stigma that still surrounds HIV.
Tony’s message is simple yet powerful: HIV does not define a person — ignorance and stigma do. Through his open dialogue, compassionate presence, and unwavering authenticity, Tony has become a passionate advocate in the HIV community, using his voice to inspire understanding, empathy, and change.
In a world that still struggles with outdated views, Tony stands as a reminder that truth, courage, and education can break barriers — and that being positive is not about a diagnosis, but about the way you choose to live.

Eduardo Peres
@educperes
Eduardo Peres (he/they) is a queer, Brazilian speciality doctor in sexual health and HIV medicine in central London. They have moved to the UK in 2020 from Brazil, where they previously worked in the public healthcare sector as a General Practitioner with special interest in Gender and Sexual Health, while completing a Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy, followed by an Advanced Specialist Diploma in Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity Psychotherapy.
Eduardo has been involved with human rights activism and advocacy throughout his career, focusing his work on marginalised communities, especially LGBTQ+, migrants, people living with HIV and racially minoritised people.
They have been advocating for equitable access to healthcare for the Latin American community in the UK and for sex workers rights, and currently coordinates a specialist clinic for these groups at John Hunter Clinic.
They also advocate for equitable access to prevention strategies and management of HIV in the public healthcare sector.
They are currently the Chair for the Racially Minoritised Communities Special Interest Group at the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV (RMC SIG BASHH), a member of both BASHH and the British HIV Association (BHIVA) Equality, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EEDI) Action Groups, as well as one of the Non-Executive Directors at The Love Tank CIC.
I really appreciate every initiative that brings an affirmative and positive perspectives to things that are otherwise stigmatized in society.
Living with HIV, working in HIV care and advocate for HIV and sexual health rights is quite often seen in a very negative or demeaning way.
So when I received the invitation to participate in this project that I already admired, I felt an overwhelming joy to be able to contribute to a statement piece of art that will bring attention to HIV joy and empowerment!

Greg Arthur
@iamgregarthur
I’ve been living with HIV since 1998 and on treatment since 2005.
I’m a passionate advocate for peer support for people living with HIV. When I became a peer mentor with Positive East in 2018, I realised how powerful empathetic support by someone with lived experience could be.
I’m proud to be a London ambassador for the Fast Track Cities programme, working towards ending new HIV transmissions and reducing stigma by 2030.
Beyond HIV advocacy, I work as a change manager, helping organisations navigate transformation.
The Naked Truth campaign is one of many ways I choose to live openly, challenge misconceptions, and help neutralise stigma.

Rebecca’s brave and eventful journey has paved the way for others to live their life as their true selves and the appetite for her story just keeps growing.
This remarkable life story is so interesting in itself, but the added charm and wit of Rebecca’s delivery in her various interviews really hits the mark with viewers, listeners and readers – particularly her interview on the Petty Little Things podcast.
She has been inundated with requests for interviews on podcasts as well as appearances and talks. She is also making history once again as Ireland’s first ever trans person to host their own TV show (Rebecca’s Second Chances) which was released January on Virgin Media Television.
